Using VOWCHA with confidence
- VOWCHA is operated by ACTIVA Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, tel. +81-3-5050-4769). The official LINE account is “バウチャ！” (Voucha!).
- Registration and use are free for customers. ACTIVA never asks customers for bank transfers, account details or passwords.
- Coupons are for the holder to use at a member shop’s checkout. They cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred.
- Service terms and the privacy policy are published in Japanese.
